When choosing an accident clinic for your injury needs, it is extremely important that the clinic has the necessary proper Infection Prevention and Control techniques. At West Coast Medical Management, Inc. we have established a systematic Infection Prevention and Control program that includes surveillance to minimize, reduce, or eliminate the risk of infection such as COVID-19, Influenza, MRSA, STDs, Pneumonia and Hepatitis A and B. Our Infection Control procedures start with screening all patients for transmission of infections. During the treatment process we use standard precautions including the use of personal protective equipment to reduce the risks of infections. After treatment, we properly clean, disinfect and sterilize all medical equipment, devices and supplies according to CDC guidelines.Your safety is our highest concern and we have been surveyed and found to meet these requirements thus being accredited by The Joint Commission earning the highest standard in Infection Control.
